Card - Underwater Scene

For our August challenge - Sun, ocean together with sand - I created a bill of fare amongst Tim Holtz Sea Life stamps.

Before creating the background I looked many underwater photos together with I liked close where the sunbeams penetrated the water.

My other inspiration was my earlier card amongst the Sea Life postage stamp fix where I position a crown on the caput of 1 of the fish.

Here, inwards this film below, you lot tin forcefulness out meet how I created the background. I used DecoArt colours (Sea Aqua, Wedgewood Blue) together with and then Amsterdam white pigment to brand the sunrays. For this, I used Tim Holtz Rays layering stencil.

I cutting out the seaweeds from greenish cardstocks, using Sizzix Thinlits dies by Tim Holtz: Garden Greens, Funky Florals 1. I inked the edges amongst Vintage Photo Distress ink.

After glueing the seaweeds, I position Ranger Distress Grit-Paste to the bottom amongst a palette knife.

When the paste was dry, I coloured it amongst DecoArt Americana Multi-Surface Buff Beige paint.

I inked the bill of fare edges amongst Vintage Photo.

I position a layer of Schmincke Fluid Medium. It gave a silky smooth complete for the surface.

I stamped the fish (Sea Life) onto watercolour newspaper amongst Ranger Archival Jet Black ink together with coloured amongst Distress markers. In the end, I position a layer of Schmincke Fluid Medium on the fish.

The text (Hashtags past times Tim Holtz) was stamped amongst Ranger Archival Potting Soil ink.

And although I had lots of fine art pebbles, pearls, tiny shells... I decided to position alone 1 mini pearl to alone 1 corner because sometimes less is more!

If you lot accept whatever projection which fits our challenge, delight don't hesitate to link it here!

With my card, I would similar to bring together the:
